UK / EU tax charges

Amvar Storage & Workplace Solutions Ltd (owner and operator of The Pallet Truck Stop) is a VAT registered company. VAT No.: 118 8928 75.

All goods sold by Amvar Storage & Workplace Solutions Ltd and destined for locations within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) or the European Union (EU) are therefore subject to VAT at the standard UK rate.

Delivery charges for these locations are also subject to VAT.

Orders destined for the Channel Islands, plus locations outside of the UK and EU are not subject to VAT and any applied will be deducted from the final shopping cart total once a qualifying delivery destination has been established.

Ordering from a VAT registered business?

If you are ordering from a UK or EU VAT registered business you will have the option of entering your VAT number during the checkout process to exempt your order from VAT charges.

Other tax charges

Any and all additional tax charges (over and above VAT) levied by the receiving country upon delivery of goods (such as import taxes for locations outside of the UK) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Amvar Storage & Workplace Solutions Ltd cannot in any way predict the application or amount of any such charges and cannot, therefore, be held accountable for their settlement.
