As a company, Pallet Truck Stop can deliver goods anywhere in the world upon request. Online (through The Pallet Truck Stop), however, we can only accept orders for delivery to the UK - encompassing the following regions:

UK - England; UK - Isle of Man; UK - Isle of Wight; UK - Guernsey, Channel Islands; UK - Jersey, Channel Islands; UK - Northern Ireland; UK - Scilly Isles; UK - Scotland; UK - Scottish Highlands & Islands; and UK - Wales.

If you would like your goods sent to a destination outside of those listed above, please call us on 01384 566 565 to place your order.

We offer both standard and expediated* delivery options online.

Alternatively, you are more than welcome to collect your order from our West Midlands warehouse or make your own delivery arrangements.

N.B.: Expediated delivery options are available to UK mainland customers only.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are based on a flat per item cost which will vary according to delivery destination, class of service selected and type of equipment ordered.

Larger / heavier equipment will attract a higher delivery charge than smaller / lighter equipment.

Delivery charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (for destinations within the UK - exlcuding the Channel Islands).

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day they are received.

The time it takes for your goods to reach you will depend on your delivery destination and the class of service you have selected.

Most orders dispatched via our standard service will arrive within 3 working days (many will reach their destination sooner) but an expected date for delivery, specific to your order, will be quoted when your goods are ready for dispatch.

RETURNS

Standard goods will only be accepted for return after prior agreement with us and within 14 days of receipt. A handling charge may be imposed which will vary dependent on the condition of the goods when returned. Carriage charges for the outward journey plus the return of standard goods are payable by the purchaser. Bespoke goods manufactured specially for a customer will not be eligible for return.
